New feature: cancelled bookings can now be viewed and uncancelled

You can now see cancelled bookings in a guest's booking history:

If you click on 'Details' that'll open up the booking. The status will show as cancelled, but if you want to uncancel it, just change the status to Confirmed or Provisional and save:

(While the booking is cancelled, you can't edit anything else, just the status.)
