Pro account now live! You can now, with our new Pro account, sync your KeepMeBooked account with a SiteMinder Channel Manager account. That allows you to automatically update rates and availability on all your booking channels (Expedia, Booking.com, Laterooms and many more). We've had a few customers using this facility for several months now, and we are now opening it up to everyone.
You'll need a KeepMeBooked Pro account (prices here) and a SiteMinder account (their pricing here).
Full setup instructions are here on our forum, but essentially you just need to enter a SiteMinder room code for each room in KeepMeBooked and that's it. We'll then send real-time availability and pricing updates to SiteMinder. And we'll pull in any reservations from your channels into your KeepMeBooked account automatically too.
This means no more manual updating of channel availability. And no need to allocate rooms between channels - every channel has real-time details of exactly how many rooms are still available on any date. And certainly no more manually re-keying reservation details from a fax.
