New option in revenue report: totals by type

We've added another option in the revenue report to let you show revenue by type (room, extras, or adjustments):

When you select to total by Type, you'll see one line in the table form "Rooms", then a line for each extra, and a line for adjustments.

This will make it much easier to track spending on different types of extras.
