New report: list of bookings by date, room, etc.

You'll find a new report called "Bookings" under the reports menu. This lets you show a list of bookings, filtered by various criteria:

 - Arrival date
 - Deparature date
 - Date the booking was created
 - Room
 - Status of booking (provisional, confirmed-but-not-paid-for, confirmed-and-paid-for, or cancelled)

This replaces the old Outstanding Balances report - you can still list bookings with balances outstanding by filtering for Confirmed (not fully paid), but the report now lets you list other types of bookings too.
