New email placeholders: firstname/lastname, notes, twin/double

We've added some more placeholders that you can use when customising emails:

[guestfirstname] and [guestlastname]
Allows you to display just the first name or just the last name of your guest (previously you could only display the full name)

[booking_note] and [room_note]
Allows you to display notes from the booking (entered by you on the Booking Details screen) or about the room (entered by you on the Accommodation screen)

[twin_double]
If you have "Can be twin or double" selected for that room, this will display the word 'twin' if the guest has requested a twin room configuration; or 'double' of they have requested a double room configuration.

Customisable booking widget

Don't get too excited, not actually live yet ... but thought I'd better show that we are actually working on it. Here's a widget running with a user-customised stylesheet:

Yes, OK, so this widget is bigger than normal and has yellow lines. Big deal. But my creative skills might be limited to changing grey lines to yellow lines, but I'm sure you'll be doing much more exciting things with it. Should be live soon (another week or so?), thanks for bearing with us.

(No idea what I am talking about? Background here.)

And you'll be able to include pictures and descriptions of rooms:

And of extras:

and change the height / width, restrict a particular widget to show certain rooms only, tag bookings based on where the widget is used, and use a mini-widget with just an "arrival date" field instead of the whole calendar.
